Zunjie Auto's Legal Affairs Department has officially announced via its official Weibo account that it has filed a lawsuit against the We-Media outlet 'Racing Frappuccino'. The lawsuit stems from the We-Media's repeated publication of false information regarding the Zunjie S800, which is alleged to have maliciously slandered the company and tarnished its reputation. Zunjie Auto is demanding that 'Racing Frappuccino' cease all infringing activities, remove all offending posts, issue a public apology, and pay compensation amounting to RMB 1 million. The court has now officially accepted the case. Zunjie Auto affirmed its commitment to continuing to utilize legal means to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and its users.
