The UK-based autonomous driving startup, Wayve, has revealed its intention to establish a new research and development (R&D) test center in Stuttgart, Germany. The move includes the deployment of test vehicles to refine various functionalities, including lane change assistance. Wayve, which has secured investments from prominent names like Uber and SoftBank, aims to leverage the German market to further bolster its European presence. Since its inception in 2017, the company has been dedicated to enhancing autonomous driving capabilities through advanced AI technology.
