BYD has officially christened its ultra-luxury executive flagship sedan as 'Ding Yao', accompanied by the evocative slogan, 'A Masterpiece Takes Shape'. Internally codenamed HU, this vehicle is slated for its grand debut in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As of now, the company has kept mum on the rationale behind selecting the UAE as the unveiling venue and the specific arrangements for the event.
The new car boasts a sleek, square-shaped exterior that exudes elegance. It is anticipated to feature the distinctive tripod-style (or Ding-style) front face design, reminiscent of the Yangwang U8, along with suicide doors, crystal headlights, and a roof-mounted LiDAR system. Additionally, it will support flash charging technology, ensuring swift and convenient recharging. Prior to this announcement, officials hinted at the incorporation of groundbreaking, never-before-seen technologies in this vehicle, heightening anticipation among automotive enthusiasts.
