Lai Yongjie serves as its legal representative, and the company boasts a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The company is headquartered in Nanling County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Its business scope is extensive, encompassing battery manufacturing, the production and sales of battery components, and energy storage technology services. Shareholder details show that the company is a joint venture between Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., with the former holding a 51% stake and the latter holding 49%.
