Huawei Yingwang, CATL, and Contemporary Amperex Service Ltd. (CASL) have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, planning to launch their first collaborative vehicle model by 2027. This model, a product of the Yijing brand resulting from the collaboration between Dongfeng and Huawei, will adopt CATL's 'Chocolate' battery swap technology. The tripartite cooperation will focus on two major directions: First, achieving system-level integration across vehicle, station, and cloud platforms, deeply integrating CATL's Chocolate battery swap network with Huawei's Qian Kun (Qiankun) Intelligent Driving System. Second, Yingwang will join CATL's Chocolate battery swap ecosystem, working alongside strategic partners to jointly advance the adaptation and integration of collaborative vehicle models with the battery swap network, thereby expanding the battery swap energy replenishment ecosystem.
