On October 14, BYD's Executive Vice President Li Ke revealed at the 2026 Paris Motor Show that BYD will make large-scale manufacturing investments in Europe, with its Hungarian factory scheduled to commence mass production in the fourth quarter of this year. Meanwhile, BYD also plans to establish a second and third factory in Europe, with France currently on the candidate list for factory construction.
