On September 24th, BYD officially opened its 2,000th flash-charging highway station at the Baoying Service Area in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. This milestone marks the early attainment of a key phased objective within its "Flash-Charge China" initiative, which aims to strategically deploy energy replenishment infrastructure across the national highway network. Currently, this extensive network spans nearly one-third of China's highway service areas, ensuring that, on average, there is one flash-charging station every 100 kilometers or so. Moreover, these stations are accessible to all new energy vehicle models, regardless of brand, fostering greater inclusivity and convenience in the transition to sustainable transportation.
