On September 17th, Jiemian News reported, citing sources from Huawei, that several dealers had been informed of AITO's planned withdrawal from Harmony Intelligent Connectivity and Huawei's specialized retail outlets, effective January 1, 2027. Under this arrangement, dealers would have the autonomy to choose whether to align with Huawei, the other four brands within the Harmony Intelligent Connectivity ecosystem, or exclusively represent the AITO brand. In response to these reports, Seres refuted the accuracy of the information, asserting that AITO would actually intensify its commitment to an 'exclusive franchise' approach and continue to be a pivotal player within the Harmony Intelligent Connectivity framework. According to the new cooperation model, Seres will take the lead in product conceptualization and design, with Huawei Terminal providing essential support, thereby ensuring that user rights and interests are preserved without compromise.
