On September 9th, JAC Motors reported that its production output for August 2026 amounted to 26,058 vehicles, reflecting a 5.59% decrease compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, the sales volume for the month reached 26,986 vehicles, experiencing a 16.83% year-on-year downturn. As for the cumulative figures for the year 2026, the production volume totaled 241,400 vehicles, down by 2.58% from the previous year, while the cumulative sales volume stood at 228,000 vehicles, showing an 8.17% decline year-on-year. Notably, within these numbers, the production volume of new energy passenger vehicles reached 2,224 units, with sales volume hitting 2,951 units.
