On September 8 local time, Google announced that it is collaborating with Nevoya and the Green Market Activation Center to deploy electric semi-trucks and supporting charging facilities in Texas, USA. The project plans to deploy 25 electric trucks initially, with a total of 63 planned, and is expected to cover approximately 11 million miles annually. The charging facilities will be deployed along the route from Houston to Dallas.
