On September 2, Xingrui Technology issued a notice stating that it had recently inked a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Zhenqiu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The two companies intend to embark on profound collaboration in the domains of electric control systems for new energy vehicles, robotics, and solid-state transformers. The scope of this cooperation will encompass equity collaboration, bolstering core electric drive businesses, robot joint modules, solid-state transformers, as well as fostering synergies in overseas markets. It should be noted that this agreement is a framework agreement, and as such, it does not involve related-party transactions or significant asset restructurings. Consequently, it is not anticipated to exert a substantial influence on the company's operating performance for the current year.
