On August 3, DENZA officially unveiled the DENZA Z9S, a mid-to-large-sized tech-luxury all-electric coupe. This new model comes in three variants, with pre-sale prices commencing at 319,800 yuan. The vehicle is outfitted with second-generation blade batteries and rapid-charging technology, enabling it to achieve a maximum pure electric driving range of up to 1,100 kilometers.

It is standardly equipped with the Divine Eye 5.0 assisted driving system and fully integrated with RoboSense digital LiDAR. This setup supports urban and highway navigation, as well as all-scenario intelligent parking, offering dual layers of safety assurance. BYD has earmarked this LiDAR technology for 32 of its models, and the pre-sale launch of the DENZA Z9S marks a significant milestone in the collaborative efforts between the two entities within the realm of high-end intelligent vehicles. As BYD pushes forward with its 'intelligent driving democratization' campaign, this LiDAR technology is poised to be integrated into an increasing number of mainstream models at a faster pace.
