Earlier in the year, Alphabet's subsidiary, Waymo, extended its robotaxi service to a select group of the public in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Orlando. Recently, Waymo made an announcement that its autonomous driving service is now fully available to the general public in Dallas, Texas. At present, close to 150,000 passengers who have made reservations in the Dallas area have had the opportunity to experience Waymo's cutting-edge autonomous driving service.
