Evergrande Automobile has made a series of key appointments, set to take effect from July 27, 2026. Chen Leyan will join the board as a non-executive director. Meanwhile, Lu Jiaqi, Chen Qinghui, and Lv Sihao are appointed as independent non-executive directors. Peng Weihao (previously known as Peng Weizheng) will assume the role of company secretary. In addition, executive directors Ma Jianling and Peng Weihao have been designated as authorized representatives. Notably, Ma Jianling will step into the shoes of Chairman of the Board of Directors and also join the Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee. Chen Leyan is set to become a member of the Nomination Committee. Lu Jiaqi will chair the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance Committee, with Chen Qinghui serving as a member of all four committees. Lv Sihao, on the other hand, will be a member of the Audit Committee. The trading of the company's shares will remain suspended until further notice.
