On July 26, the Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported that Shenzhen has completed the construction of 1,227 ultra-fast charging stations with capacities exceeding 480 kilowatts, alongside 48 high-power charging and battery swap stations tailored for heavy trucks, 120 flash-charging stations for passenger vehicles, and 15 integrated energy supply stations. The city's virtual power plant network now boasts a real-time adjustable load capacity surpassing 1.4 million kilowatts.

Shenzhen is rapidly advancing the development of a versatile, multi-tiered, and extensively distributed charging infrastructure system. The city has been designated as a national pilot hub for large-scale vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration applications. Furthermore, China's pioneering integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging-discharging network and virtual power plant management platform have been established in Shenzhen, solidifying its role as a trailblazer in sustainable energy innovation.
