On July 7, Chery Automobile (HK9973) made an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, revealing that it had entered into a framework agreement concerning vehicle sales with Guangdong Ruixun. As per this agreement, Chery Group is set to supply passenger vehicles to Guangdong Ruixun Group. Notably, Guangdong Ruixun Group is permitted to market these products solely within China on a non-exclusive basis. The agreement remains in effect until December 31, 2028, with provisions for renewal. The yearly transaction limits for the years 2026 to 2028 are set at RMB 250 million, RMB 500 million, and RMB 800 million, respectively.
