Recently, Jinbei Automobile disclosed in its investor relations activity log that the company has successfully ventured into the lightweight components sector by acquiring Zhongtuo Technology, thereby enriching its components product portfolio and expanding its customer base. In a strategic move to consolidate its lightweight resources, the company embarked on the construction of a lightweight industrial park in the first half of the year. Currently, the Phase I R&D center project of this industrial park has progressed to the bidding stage.

Zhongtuo Technology, a recent addition to Jinbei Automobile's family, has secured a designated project for battery module components from CATL. It will supply internal anti-collision components for battery packs, with mass production slated for August 2026. Furthermore, Jinbei Automobile has also clinched multiple project orders from prestigious luxury brands like BMW and Geely, as well as from independent brands. These new orders are expected to bring about a substantial revenue increase over their full lifecycle.
