On June 4, reports emerged indicating that the Information Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) under the State Council had recently issued a notification to launch a pilot project focused on establishing a trusted data space within the realm of state-owned and central enterprises. This initiative also encompasses the development of digital and intelligent empowerment scenarios in the automotive aftermarket sector. The pilot project will be co-led by the China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), with the China Automotive Engineering Research Institute (CAERI) taking on a pivotal role, alongside China Chang'an Automobile Group, State Grid Corporation of China, and China Telecom. The project will concentrate on two primary scenarios: 'Determination of Liability in Smart Driving Insurance' and 'Early Warning and Screening of Battery Risks for Charging Safety'. The duration of this pilot project is set for one year.
