On June 4th, Ruili Kemi unveiled its strategic move to acquire the remaining 16% stake in Wuhan Ruili Kedesi Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., currently owned by Cheng Yi, via a share issuance scheme. Once this transaction is finalized, Ruili Kemi will attain complete ownership of the company. As per the announcement, the focal point of this deal is the 16% equity interest in Wuhan Kedesi, which is appraised at RMB 16 million. Prior to this transaction, Ruili Kemi already possessed an 84% stake in Wuhan Kedesi and had incorporated it into the realm of its consolidated financial statements.
