On June 1, reports emerged that a specialized training program tailored for talent in the new energy vehicle (NEV) sector, spearheaded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) under the State Council and executed by Tsinghua University, officially kicked off on May 28. Tan Zuojun, a Party Committee member and Deputy Director of the SASAC, graced the occasion with his presence and delivered an insightful speech.
Tan Zuojun underscored the importance of staying abreast of the evolving trends in electrification, intelligence, and AI integration within the NEV landscape. He stressed the need to expedite organizational advancements and nurture talent that is in high demand, thereby establishing a robust foundation for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Tan emphasized that the training should adopt a problem-centric methodology, remain goal-oriented, and be meticulously planned. The objective is to bolster the capabilities of technical leaders in discerning industry development trajectories, innovating key core technologies, and orchestrating industrial ecosystems. Concurrently, it aims to enhance the proficiency of marketing leaders in user insights, digital marketing strategies, and overseas market penetration.
Special emphasis was placed on cultivating versatile talent in the realm of 'AI + New Energy Vehicles' and augmenting the application prowess of AI in vehicle conceptualization and advanced manufacturing processes. This strategic move is poised to position central enterprises at the forefront of the NEV sector's technological and market evolution.
