Longzhou Group Co., Ltd. has officially declared that its fourth-generation affiliate, Dongguan Zhongqi Hongyuan Automobile Co., Ltd., has decided to prolong its operational suspension and production cessation. Originally scheduled from June 1, 2026, this hiatus has now been extended until November 30, 2026. The primary reasons cited for this extension are the sluggish pace of renewal in the new energy bus market and a scarcity of orders. Since 2024, Zhongqi Hongyuan has faced a complete absence of business orders, leading to a substantial loss of 148 million yuan in 2025. Notably, the impact of this operational suspension on the company's overall revenue is anticipated to be relatively modest.
