RoboSense: First-Quarter Revenue Soars Nearly 40% Year-on-Year, Robot LiDAR Sales Overtake ADAS for the First Time

On May 27, RoboSense unveiled its financial results for the first quarter of 2026. The report revealed that the company's total revenue soared to approximately RMB 460 million, marking a significant 40% increase year-on-year. Moreover, the total sales of LiDAR units skyrocketed to 330,300, representing a staggering 204.1% growth compared to the same period last year. Among these sales, LiDAR sales in the robotics sector reached 185,500 units, experiencing an explosive growth of 1,458.8% year-on-year. This surge propelled the robotics sector's share of total sales from around 11% in the same period last year to a dominant 56%, surpassing the ADAS business for the first time and emerging as the standout highlight of the quarter. In the robotics business, according to GGII's "Global 3D LiDAR Shipment Rankings in the Robotics Sector for Q1 2026," RoboSense took the global lead with 185,500 units shipped, supplying 9 out of the world's top 10 lawn mowing robot manufacturers. In the ADAS sector, the number of designated vehicle models reached 177, with over 9 million orders already secured.
