On May 19, MINIEYE inked a deal with Jiangsu Danyang High-Tech Zone Industrial Development Co., Ltd., committing to supply 200 Xiaozhu T5 Pro autonomous logistics vehicles that operate without the need for high-definition maps. This milestone represents the first sizable order for truly map-independent autonomous vehicles. The Xiaozhu T5 Pro model is designed to function autonomously without relying on high-definition maps, empowering it to navigate complex road conditions and fulfill logistics requirements in urban distribution as well as ‘last-mile’ delivery contexts.
