This update focuses on refining the fundamental performance of the autonomous driving system, particularly enhancing the driving speed of vehicles in low-speed parking lot environments. The Smart Summon feature has undergone significant improvements, with its maximum speed being elevated from 6 miles per hour (approximately 9.7 km/h) to 8 miles per hour (approximately 13 km/h), thereby enhancing its practicality for everyday use.
Moreover, Tesla has upgraded the neural network reinforcement learning module and visual encoder, and rewritten the AI compiler program.
