On April 24, Weride and Lenovo Group announced a further upgrade to their global strategic cooperation, with plans to deploy 200,000 autonomous vehicles, including Robotaxis, worldwide over the next five years, fully accelerating the large-scale commercial rollout of L4 autonomous driving. The two sides will integrate key aspects of technology, computing power, and supply chain to enhance industrial collaboration efficiency. Weride will leverage its globally leading technology system and commercialization capabilities, while Lenovo will provide stable, scalable computing infrastructure and systems engineering capabilities to jointly drive the widespread adoption of autonomous driving. The two sides jointly launched the HPC 3.0 high-performance computing platform in July 2025, eliminating cost barriers for the large-scale commercial rollout of Robotaxis.
