On April 24, OnC!ck (09680.HK) and Semidrive (02533.HK) unveiled a strategic cooperation pact. The two entities are set to amalgamate their technological and operational prowess, working hand in hand with ecosystem collaborators to co-create a Robotaxi solution tailored for large-scale production. Under this agreement, OnC!ck will outline the computing power specifications for the solution, drawing on the real-world scenario data closed loop and commercial operation benchmarks gleaned from its mixed-mode operations of human-driven ride-hailing services and Robotaxis. Semidrive, for its part, will supply its Huashan and Wudang series chip platforms, along with a comprehensive toolchain technology, to fulfill the L4 autonomous driving requirements of high performance, low power consumption, and robust reliability.
