On April 24, Tmall collaborated with Changan Automobile to launch the first 'Selected High-Quality Vehicle'—the all-new Changan Qiyuan Q05 Laser Extreme Intelligence Edition, while simultaneously initiating the 'Ten-Billion Auto Subsidy' Plan.
