On April 23, news broke that Chery Automobile and NVIDIA have forged a global strategic partnership. The two entities are set to collaborate on the development and implementation of embodied AI across three key domains: assisted driving, in-cabin AI, and robotics. Regarding autonomous driving, Chery plans to integrate the NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion platform into its L3 to L4 level intelligent vehicles for the Chinese market. In the realm of in-cabin AI, Chery aims to craft a next-generation intelligent in-cabin experience utilizing NVIDIA DRIVE technology. Moreover, in the pioneering field of embodied intelligence, Chery will harness the capabilities of NVIDIA Jetson platform's humanoid robots and a variety of intelligent robot platforms. By combining these with the NVIDIA Isaac Sim simulation framework and the Isaac GR00T humanoid robot development platform, Chery seeks to push the boundaries of embodied intelligence innovation.
