On April 22, 2026, at the 16th China International Road Traffic Safety Products Expo, JD Logistics took the wraps off the upgraded "Lone Wolf" sixth-generation intelligent delivery vehicle Plus version. This vehicle represents an L4-level autonomous driving unmanned delivery solution, featuring an enlarged cargo capacity of 5.5 cubic meters and a maximum load capacity of 1 ton, enabling it to travel up to 180 kilometers on a full load. From an intelligence perspective, it incorporates an advanced new-generation intelligent driving algorithm with a perception range extending to 100 meters, utilizing a light-mapping technology that strikes a balance between cost-effective deployment and highly reliable operation. Presently, the vehicle is already in regular service across multiple locations, and JD Logistics has ambitious plans to deploy 1 million unmanned vehicles over the next five years.
