On April 8, Pony.ai, in strategic partnership with Verne and Uber, inaugurated its commercial Robotaxi service in Zagreb, Croatia. This landmark initiative represents Europe’s first publicly accessible service of its kind. From today onward, local residents can conveniently book rides via the Verne APP, with plans to seamlessly integrate the service into the Uber APP in the near future. Initially, the service area spans approximately 90 square kilometers, encompassing the city center and the airport, with aspirations to extend coverage to the entire city over time.
