Recently, Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. has declared a shake-up in its top-tier management team within China, with the changes set to take effect from April 1, 2026. Liu Xinyu, previously serving as the Senior Advisor to the General Manager, is slated to step into the role of General Manager. He will report directly to Ma Zhixin, who is a Member of Nissan's Global Executive Committee, Chairman of the China Region, and also the President of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. Notably, Liu Xinyu will make history as the first Chinese national to hold the position of General Manager at Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd., bringing with him a wealth of over two decades of management expertise in the automotive sector.
