BAIC Motor has officially announced that, due to internal work adjustments, Wang Hao will relinquish his positions as Chairman and Executive Director, among other roles. Concurrently, Zhu Yan will no longer serve as an Executive Director and a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, while Sun Li will step down from her roles as Non-Executive Director and a member of the same committee. These leadership transitions will be officially implemented following the approval of the new director appointments. In light of these changes, the Board of Directors has put forth the following recommendations: appointing Zhang Guofu as a Non-Executive Director, with the intention of nominating him for the role of Chairman, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Zheng Mingying has been proposed as an Executive Director, and Zhou Jianyu as a Non-Executive Director.
