Recently, Audi has lifted the veil on the production version of its highly anticipated E7X SUV. Positioned as a mid-to-large-sized, five-seater, all-electric SUV, the E7X is slated to make its market debut in the first half of 2026. This new model will come in two variants: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive, delivering maximum power outputs of 300kW and 500kW, respectively. Under the CLTC testing conditions, the E7X offers an impressive maximum range of 751 kilometers, catering to the needs of long-distance travelers.
When it comes to battery technology, the E7X is equipped with two types of ternary lithium battery packs, namely 100kWh and 109.3kWh. These batteries support fast charging on an 800V high-voltage platform, enabling the vehicle to recharge approximately 320 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes—a feature that significantly enhances the convenience and efficiency of electric vehicle ownership.
In terms of dimensions, the E7X measures 5049mm in length, 1997mm in width, and 1710mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3060mm, ensuring ample interior space and a comfortable ride. Moreover, the vehicle is outfitted with LiDAR technology and 27 sensing hardware components, paving the way for advanced driver-assistance systems that enhance safety and driving ease.
