On February 4, Times Chang'an (Chongqing) Power Battery Co., Ltd. was formally established, appointing Zhu Yunfeng as its legal representative and securing a substantial registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The scope of its business encompasses the production and sale of batteries, along with the pursuit of research and development in cutting-edge energy technologies and innovative material technologies. This new entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times Chang'an Power Battery Co., Ltd., which itself is a collaborative venture among Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), Shenlan Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., and Changan Automobile.
