On February 2, Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast announced an acceleration of its global expansion for electric motorcycles, with the initial phase targeting five markets: the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia. The company will launch multiple battery-swap electric motorcycle models, including the VinFast Flazz, Evo, Feliz II, and Viper series, and continue to add new models. It plans to establish hundreds of retail outlets in these markets by 2027, building a regional sales network.
