On January 29, BYD's Yangwang U7 model launched a V2.0 OTA (Over-the-Air) update, introducing 28 brand-new features and refining 19 existing ones. In this upgrade, the Divine Eyes 5.0 end-to-end large model makes its debut. It brings in a host of new driving assistance features, like the emergency pull-over function on highways. This means that if a driver doesn't hold the steering wheel for a long stretch, the vehicle will automatically pull over to the side of the road, ensuring safety. Additionally, the upgrade boosts parking capabilities, making parking smoother and more efficient. New intelligent cockpit features are also part of the package, such as Huawei HiCar mirror screen projection, which allows seamless connection between the vehicle and mobile devices. There are also detailed optimizations. For instance, drivers can now customize steering wheel button triggers for garage floor elevation. Moreover, the system supports scheduled automatic upgrades in the wee hours of the morning, ensuring minimal disruption to the user's daily routine.
