On January 29, Zhonghuandian (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned entity under Kandi Technologies Group, entered into a three-year strategic cooperation pact with Time Power Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The collaboration will zero in on the large-scale production of battery swap stations tailored for heavy-duty trucks. This partnership will encompass a comprehensive, end-to-end cooperation spanning the entire value chain, from manufacturing to after-sales operation and maintenance. The joint efforts aim to drive the widespread adoption and development of the energy replenishment market for new energy vehicles.

Prior to this, Zhonghuandian had already secured a spot in CATL's global supplier network, a testament to its technical prowess and robust mass production capabilities. CATL's ambitious '10,000-Station Plan' envisions the creation of a standardized battery swap service network with nationwide coverage. As part of this grand vision, the company has set a goal to construct 900 battery swap stations specifically designed for heavy-duty truck chassis by the year 2026.
