As reported by CNMO Technology, at today's XPENG Global New Product Launch event, He Xiaopeng, the Chairman and CEO of XPENG Motors, declared that 'Embodied AI' (here, using the more commonly used term "Embodied AI" instead of "Physical AI" in the AI field to better convey the concept of AI interacting with the physical world) and 'Globalization' would serve as the company's core strategies for 2026. During the launch, XPENG officially introduced its second-generation VLA (Vision-Language-Action) large-scale model. This model boasts preliminary L4-level autonomous capabilities and is poised to be the first to reach mass production and be deployed in the XPENG Ultra model in the first quarter of this year.
