Jin Yuzhi, CEO of Huawei’s Intelligent Automotive Solution Business Unit (BU), revealed that Huawei is making rapid strides in the automotive sector, with notable breakthroughs in L3 conditional autonomous driving technology and the launch of new automotive brands. Currently, Huawei is conducting L3 road tests across multiple cities in partnership with industry players, paving the way for the commercial rollout of highway L3 autonomous driving systems. The ARCFOX Alpha S (L3 version) has already secured approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), marking a significant milestone in Huawei’s automotive ambitions.

Jin Yuzhi also highlighted that the MoLA architecture, a cornerstone of the HarmonyOS cockpit ecosystem, represents a full-scenario intelligent architecture. This innovative framework shifts cockpit services from reactive to proactive, enhancing the overall driving experience. Furthermore, Huawei Qiankun has collaborated with automakers to create two new brands—Qijing and Yijing. The inaugural models under these brands will include a sleek hunting coupe and a full-size SUV, respectively. Both vehicles are slated to make their global debut at the upcoming auto show in April this year, generating considerable anticipation within the industry.
