On January 6, analysts from Citi highlighted in a report that NVIDIA's latest-generation artificial intelligence platform, coupled with its open models and robust ecosystem, is poised to significantly fuel the demand for self-driving taxis. This, in turn, is expected to make a positive contribution to the global economy. Citi forecasts that the worldwide market for self-driving taxis will experience substantial growth, escalating from USD 4.43 billion in 2025 to a staggering USD 188.91 billion by 2034. Furthermore, the potential market size for self-driving taxis in China is anticipated to surge from USD 39 million in 2025 to an impressive USD 67.59 billion in 2035. Citi is of the opinion that NVIDIA's strategic moves are likely to enhance investor confidence.
