On January 3, Li Bin, the Chairman of NIO, shared some significant news in an internal letter. He announced that NIO is set to roll out three brand-new models in 2026. By the close of 2026, the company aims to have a sprawling network of over 4,600 battery swap stations. Its sales and service network will also expand its reach, encompassing more than 210 prefecture-level cities. Moreover, NIO plans to make a cumulative entry into 40 overseas countries and regional markets. In addition to these future plans, NIO has already achieved remarkable growth. In 2025, its sales volume soared to 326,000 units, marking a substantial year-on-year increase of 46.9%.
