On the evening of January 1st, William Li, who serves as the founder, chairman, and CEO of NIO, delivered a message to all employees. Prior to this, NIO had announced its sales figures for December and the entire preceding year. In December, the company delivered 48,135 new vehicles, while the total deliveries for the year reached 326,028 units—both representing record-breaking achievements with a year-on-year growth of 46.9%. In his message, Li revealed that NIO plans to introduce three new models in 2026, which are anticipated to further solidify its position and increase its market share in the premium large-vehicle segment. According to media sources, these three upcoming models could potentially be the NIO ES9, ES7, and the L80 under the Onvo brand.
