Upon further investigation, it was determined that certain vehicles may experience water leakage when a high-pressure water gun is aimed at the gap in the rear bumper from a specific angle and for an extended duration. This issue is a rare occurrence under specific circumstances and does not affect the vehicle under normal rainfall conditions or during routine car washes. In response to this issue, LYNK&CO has announced that it will offer specialized services, including conducting thorough inspections and implementing waterproofing optimizations for select vehicles manufactured prior to November 5, 2025. Should any water leakage be detected, relevant parts will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Additionally, users have the option to have the sealing process enhanced free of charge. Following the optimization, the affected parts will be covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Furthermore, authorized after-sales dealers will provide convenient services, such as door-to-door vehicle pickup and delivery, to enhance customer convenience.
