Today marks the inaugural reveal of the Leapmotor D19's interior design concept, which boasts a double-tiered wrap-around cockpit and a super-elliptical digital curved surface design. Prior to this unveiling, the vehicle had already commenced blind order acceptance, positioning itself as a full-size SUV. It is slated for market introduction and delivery in the first half of 2026.

The Leapmotor D19 impresses with its dimensions, stretching over 5.2 meters in length, nearly 2 meters in width, and featuring a wheelbase exceeding 3.1 meters. This makes it the largest model currently offered by the brand. Consumers will have the option to choose from five distinct exterior paint colors.

In terms of powertrain options, the Leapmotor D19 presents two variants: a pure electric version and an extended-range version. The pure electric iteration is equipped with a 115kWh battery, enabling a driving range of up to 720km. Built on a 1000V high-voltage platform, it can replenish 350km of range with just a 15-minute charge and delivers a maximum power output of 540kW.

The extended-range version, on the other hand, adopts an engine + dual-motor configuration. This setup not only reduces the powertrain weight by over 60 kilograms but also enhances the combined range by 5%. It too delivers a combined power output of 540kW, is fitted with an 80.3kWh battery, offers a pure electric range of 500km, and includes a 40L fuel tank. The new vehicle supports 800V fast charging as a standard feature and comes equipped with CATL's innovative 'super hybrid system battery'.
