Li Auto has recently carried out organizational structural modifications within its supply - chain - related departments. Specifically, it has amalgamated the “parts cluster” under the Intelligent Vehicle Group into the “Manufacturing” department. This newly integrated entity will be placed under the unified management of Vice President Li Bin, who in turn reports directly to President Ma Donghui.

Luo Ping, who previously headed the parts department, has now exited the company. Prior to the merger, the parts cluster boasted a workforce of close to a thousand employees. Post - merger, the manufacturing department has expanded to over ten thousand employees, representing a third of the company's total staff.

The primary objective of this adjustment is to streamline and integrate similar business operations. Originally, the organizational plan was formulated based on a production capacity target of 2 million units. However, given the current reduction in production capacity, the company has opted to merge departments with overlapping functions.
