General Motors is leveraging the expertise of former employees from its failed robotaxi startup, Cruise, to advance its new autonomous vehicle project. According to sources familiar with the matter, the Detroit automotive giant has hired former Cruise and Tesla executive Ronali Mann as head of product operations, who will report directly to GM's Chief Product Officer, Sterling Anderson.
