On December 3, 2025, the China Association for Quality unveiled the evaluation results of the China New Energy Vehicle Industry User Satisfaction Index (NEV - CACSI). The findings revealed that the overall industry satisfaction score climbed by 1 point compared to the previous year, reaching 80 points.

Notably, in the pure electric mid-to-large sedan segment, the Xiaomi SU7 emerged as the leader in user satisfaction, sharing the top position with two other models. Lei Jun took to Weibo to express his gratitude, stating that this accolade would not have been achievable without the unwavering trust and support of SU7 owners. He also highlighted that the vehicle excelled across all evaluated metrics.

This comprehensive evaluation encompassed 162 mainstream models. A total of 25,303 valid samples were collected during the process. Moreover, it adhered to a globally unified standard model, which further solidified its authoritative nature.
