In a recent interview, Tesla CEO Elon Musk pointed out that the United States has, for an extended period, reaped the benefits of Indian talent. He further mentioned that the H1-B visa program is frequently misused by certain companies. During a podcast interview with Indian entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath on Sunday (local time), Musk elaborated that while some companies take advantage of H-1B visas to hire foreign workers at significantly lower costs compared to those of U.S. citizens, Tesla, on the other hand, recruits foreign employees with the sole purpose of bridging talent gaps.
