On September 4, JMC released its production and sales report for August 2025. The company manufactured a total of 29,705 vehicles in the month, marking a 4.25% increase from the same period last year. Sales, on the other hand, soared by 8.92% year-on-year, reaching 30,003 vehicles. Specifically, light passenger vehicle production stood at 7,370 units, a 3.51% uptick, with sales climbing 7.95% to 7,402 units. In the truck segment, production rose 11.11% to 5,710 units, while sales surged significantly by 27.77% to 5,498 units. However, pickup truck production fell by 38.27% to 3,804 units, and sales dropped 30% to 4,065 units. SUV models showed robust performance, with production up 27.29% to 12,821 units and sales increasing 23.26% to 13,038 units.
