Starting from September 5, 2025, Beijing Hyundai Motor Company announces a recall of 3,469 KUSTO vehicles manufactured between May 11, 2025, and June 24, 2025. The decision stems from an identified issue in the manufacturing process of certain vehicles, where the rear wheel brake oil pipe and four-way connector may not have been tightened to the required torque. This condition, in extreme cases, could compromise the vehicle's braking performance, presenting a potential safety risk. To rectify this issue and ensure the safety of all affected vehicles, Beijing Hyundai Motor Company will provide a free replacement of the rear wheel brake oil pipe and four-way connector for all vehicles included in the recall, effectively eliminating the safety hazard.
